For evening entertainment, guests must arrive and leave via the Rostherne Drive entrance, as the Knutsford entrance will close as per the standard public open hours.

The pick-up and drop off point, along with the car park are both situated by the entrance to the festival and will be clearly signposted on arrival to the postcode. Please follow signs for TATTON PARK POP UP FESTIVAL. Our friendly stewards will also be on hand to direct you to the festival.

If you have pre-booked parking, please have your parking pass ready on arrival to show the festival staff.

If members of your party are arriving separately, please make sure each car has their relevant parking pass. Guests can enter the festival separately, as long as they have a copy of their ticket/QR code/reference number. We will mark your square as partially arrived until all guests have entered the festival.

We have agreed the age restrictions on each of our shows, which can be found on each event booking page. Please ensure to review this beforehand and bring any photographic ID where necessary. Children under 18 must be accompanied by adults. There must be one adult present to every 3 children supervised.

On 16+ and 18+ shows, children under these ages will not be permitted to attend, even with a supervising adult.

The below list of restricted items should be reviewed before attending any event. Security will perform bag searches upon arrival, and have the right to refuse any of the below items:

  • Bags larger than A4 size (8.27″x11.69″)
  • PLEASE NOTE: Bags larger than A4 size (8.27″x11.69″) are prohibited from the festival site. During children’s events, baby changing bags will be permitted but will be searched by security upon entry.
  • Your own food
  • Your own drinks including any alcoholic beverages
  • Drink bottles of any kind (except baby bottles)
  • Aerosols over 250ml
  • Air horns and megaphones
  • Drugs
  • All gas canisters of any size (including nitrous oxide)
  • Animals (other than registered hearing dogs or guide dogs)
  • Any goods for unauthorised trading
  • Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
  • Any item which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person
  • Audio recorders
  • Cameras, film or video equipment
  • Camping equipment (includes cutlery, tin openers and multi-tools)
  • Cans
  • Chairs
  • Disposable BBQs and permitted cooking stoves
  • Greenheat Base Camp Cooker, solid fuel stoves, Disposable BBQs, firelighters/firelighter stoves – Meth/trangia spirit stoves
  • Drones
  • Firewood
  • Fireworks or flares
  • Fitted gas canisters/cylinders in campervans
  • Flags
  • Gazebos
  • Glass
  • Paper Lanterns
  • Any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.

All tickets purchased must be valid, and the number of guests attending must not exceed the number of guests booked on the tickets.

Additional guest tickets are not valid against 2 person or 6 person squares. Any guest attending on an additional guest ticket to a 2 or 6 person square will not be permitted entry and, subject to availability, will have to pay for an additional square on arrival.

In the case that there is no further availability, the guest using an additional guest ticket on a 2 or 6 person square will be refused entry.

As stated at time of booking, tickets are non-refundable. All terms of ticket types are clearly stated prior to purchase and an invalid booking will not be cause for refund.
